Our six stages of construction planning are as follows:

1. Pre-construction: Idea development; planning and design
2. Sitework and Permitting with the city: Preparing the site and Apply for permits.
3. Framing and Rough in: Framing,  Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Installing systems;
4. Drywall and Finishing; Install drywall, Mudding and tapping; Texture.
5. Finishing; painting and  Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing finishing 
6. Cleaning and installation of appliances

 DOT Service is a specialist staffing agency and leads in providing construction laborers and/or helpers, and trade people to assist in major construction projects/sites.

 As Construction projects involves different contractors, trade and materials suppliers and the need of optimum project delivery at the best possible pricing. It is expected that the right candidates will have previous construction experience. 

 Our workers come with experience in working inside or outside construction environment, right use of hand or power tools (etc-Forklift training; WHMIS and First Aid), great in listening and following instructions as well as all safety procedures to minimize accidents. DOT  project managers and estimators helps coordinate every member of the project team to work together effectively while projecting the best interests of the project at every step 

(Kitchen, Bathroom, and Walls) Renovation, and (Basement, Deck, Fence, and Landscaping) Construction. The owner will receive copies of all contracts and we will manage the contactor for the term of the contract.
